Steps to Renting with Us

Interested in one of the properties we have for rent? Here is how you can get the keys and move in ASAP!


1. Contact Us

We will connect you with one of our leasing agents who will help to ensure that this is the right property for you.

2. View Properties

Arrange with our leasing agent to view the property.

3. Fill Out a Rental Application

Tell us about yourself and the people living with you. Please be prepared to provide employment and landlord references.

4. Sign Lease and Arrange Deposit

Sign a lease and submit your security deposit through one of our convenient methods.

5. Move In

Once all of the above are taken care of, you will be given a move-in date.

Tenant Transition Program

Shopping for a rental now, but want to own your own home in the future? That’s what our tenant transition program is for.  We are close partners with Redline Real Estate Group, and MortgageLine. Together, our three companies help our tenants achieve their goal of homeownership. The process is simple:

You need to make all of your rent payments, with no defaults or breaches of lease.
You need to get qualified for a mortgage loan by Mortgageline inc (link to app) Please note there is no charge to you for their service!
You need to use a Redline Realtor to help you buy a house. Please note that Redline doesn’t charge you anything either!
When are approved to buy GreenLeaf PM will allow you to breach your lease early, provided we can find another tenant to lease your property on similar terms.
